How does miam.ma work?

miam.ma is a platform that allows restaurants in Morocco to create digital menus with QR codes. Customers scan the QR code, view the menu in three languages (FR/AR/EN), and order directly via WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. No app download required for your customers.

How much does miam.ma cost?

We offer a free plan to get started (1 restaurant, 10 items), a Pro plan for 99 MAD/month (1 restaurant, 30 items, custom subdomain), and a Premium plan for 199 MAD/month (1 restaurant, unlimited items, priority support). There are no commissions on orders.

How do customers order?

Customers select dishes from the digital menu and click the "Order" button. They are automatically redirected to WhatsApp with their order pre-filled. They can then send the order directly to the restaurant.

How long does restaurant approval take?

Restaurant approval typically takes 24 to 48 hours. During this period, you can prepare your menu, but the public page is not accessible to customers. You will receive an email notification once your restaurant is approved.

How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan from the "Settings" section of your dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Billing to see available options and update your subscription.

What languages are supported?

miam.ma supports three languages: French (FR), Arabic (AR) with RTL support, and English (EN). You can create your menu in all three languages to reach a wider audience.

How do I generate a QR code?

Once your restaurant is approved, you can generate your QR code from the "QR Code" section of your dashboard. Download it as PNG, print it, or share it directly. The QR code only works after approval.

Can I use multiple restaurants?

Currently, each plan (Free, Pro, Premium) allows you to manage one restaurant. If you manage multiple restaurants, you will need to create a separate account for each establishment.

What should I do if my restaurant is suspended or rejected?

If your restaurant is suspended or rejected, contact our support team at support@miam.ma with details of your situation. We will help you resolve the issue and restore your account.

Do customers need an app?

No! Your customers don't need any app. They simply scan the QR code with their phone (via camera or WhatsApp), view the menu in their browser, and order via WhatsApp.
