These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the miam.ma service, a digital menu platform for restaurants in Morocco.

By accessing or using miam.ma, you agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable Moroccan laws. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

miam.ma offers a digital menu creation service allowing restaurants to create multilingual menus (FR/AR/EN), generate QR codes, integrate WhatsApp orders, and view usage statistics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice or liability.

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and passwords
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Using the service in accordance with applicable Moroccan and international law
• Being the owner or having authorization to manage the registered restaurant

You must be at least 18 years old or legally represented by an adult to use this service.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these Terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from settings. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your menu (texts, images, prices). You guarantee that your content:

• Is accurate, non-deceptive and complies with Moroccan law
• Does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy)
• Does not contain illegal, offensive, discriminatory, pornographic or defamatory content
• Complies with advertising, sales and restaurant regulations in Morocco
• Does not contain viruses, malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to moderate, modify, suspend or delete any content that does not comply with these conditions or could harm our service.

By publishing content, you grant miam.ma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, distribute, modify and adapt your content within the framework of our service.

You are financially responsible for all claims, damages, losses, liabilities and costs (including legal fees) resulting from your content or violation of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights on the miam.ma platform (source code, design, trademark, logos, interface) are the exclusive property of miam.ma or its partners.

You retain your rights on the original content you publish, but grant miam.ma the necessary rights to use this content within the framework of the service.

It is strictly forbidden to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works of the service without prior written authorization from miam.ma.

Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and damages.

You can terminate your account at any time from settings or by contacting us. All your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• You use the service in a fraudulent, abusive or illegal manner
• You do not meet your payment obligations
• Your account is inactive for more than 12 months
• You attack, exploit or attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Your content violates the rights of others or applicable laws
• We are required to do so by law or court decision

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We reserve the right to retain your data in accordance with our legal obligations (accounting, taxation, criminal law).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

For any dispute involving an amount exceeding 50,000 MAD, the parties agree to submit their dispute to arbitration under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

These Terms comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users of the European Union, while respecting the primacy of Moroccan law.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

We comply with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and GDPR where applicable.

By using our service, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the site. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notification on the site.

Your continued use of the service after publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new conditions.
